Time Frame
by Fractures
Writer(s): Mark Zito

Slow hand, crawl space
Time comes, time escapes.
Low light, creaking moon,
Your shape, gone too soon.

Window, fords fail,
See through, sealing fate.
False hope, carry me through,
Love takes, love consumes.

Did you say it in a hushed tone,
Or maybe I was dreaming?
I’ve been hearing things you won’t say,
I’ve been living in a time frame.
I got caught up in your soft face,
but did you ever reach out?
I was living in a past life,
I was stuck inside a time frame.

Soft touch, cold embrace,
Forced smile, forced to chase.
Time stops, then proceeds,
Your shape, all I need.

Did you say it in a hushed tone,
Or maybe I was dreaming?
I’ve been hearing things you won’t say,
I’ve been living in a time frame.
I got caught up in your soft face,
but did you ever reach out?
I was living in a past life,
I was stuck inside a time frame.
